Season 8  of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” has been one crazy ride with so many domineering personalities competing and excelling in various fields. On Monday night (May 2), RuPaul had the seemingly impossible job to send one of these talented queens home: Naomi Smalls, Bob the Drag Queen, Chi Chi DeVayne and Kim Chi. Each brought out all the stops for the final elimination, making it even more difficult for RuPaul to narrow it down to the Top 3.

We’ve seen each queen grow up so much since this season first premiered which made seeing their exquisite final looks sashay down the runway both impressive and touching to watch. The ladies were then asked to explain why they think they should be crowned this year’s Drag Race Superstar, and oh my … grab a Kleenex.

Every speech was so beautifully honest — each of them endearingly opening up about their struggles to discover their true selves. They discussed everything from being bullied for their lifestyle choices to a lack of acceptance by their own families. But, through discovering their love for drag, the hopefuls were able to find their place in the world.

After thoroughly discussing everything over with judges Carson Kressley, Michelle Visage and Ross Matthews, RuPaul had all the ladies lip-sync for their lives one last time before finally deciding which queen would not be moving on. Say goodbye to Miss Chi Chi DeVayne.

DeVayne might’ve lost out on making it to the Top 3, but she wins Zap2it‘s award for “Most Improved.” This southern twanged delight successfully transformed from bayou ratchet princess to beauty queen superstar. She won audiences over with her hood rat honesty and quick witted charm. Plus, DeVayne’s dancing skills blew everyone else away. She could twerk, upside down in a handstand, with legs in a split, all while lip syncing. Bravo, Chi Chi. Bravo.

There is no new episode on Monday (May 9) as queens from around the nation will be attending RuPaul’s DragCon in Los Angeles, Ca. If you can’t make it, don’t worry. Zap2it will be there to document the entire event!

Then, let’s all tune in together to see who gets crowned Rupaul’s newest “Drag Race” superstar on Monday, May 16, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Logo.

Vote for who you think should be this season’s Miss Congeniality here! Polls close on May 10.
