On Monday night (May 24), the star from VH1’s “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta,” Karen “KK” King was arrested for theft outside Level V in Buckhead, Ga. Currently being held in Fulton County jail, King is being charged with financial identity fraud, theft by taking and forgery in the first degree.

The Atlanta Police Department confirms that the reality TV personality was arrested, but the full police report has yet to be released. This isn’t the first time King has had a run in with the law. The APD’s previous report shows that she was accused of stealing merchandise from the Saks Fifth Avenue at Phipps Plaza back in August 2015. She allegedly pretended to be Diane Wodey — a woman who doesn’t actually have a Saks account — with kickbacks going to employee, Armani Harper.
King’s son is dealing with legal issues as well. Scrappa De Leon is sitting in prison after being caught trafficking marijuana back in March.
