On Wednesday (June 8), the 2016 Country Music and Television Awards ceremony will take place live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena. Hosted by Erin Andrews and J.J. Watt, the evening known as “Country’s Loudest Night” will have some of country music’s biggest stars on hand to receive the fan-voted awards.
The country music even kicks off at 8 p.m. ET/PT and will air live on CMT. Presenters include Chad Michael Murray, Joey Lauren Adams, Billy Gardell, Cody Alan, Danica Patrick, Kelsea Ballerini, Vince Vaughn and Rob Riggle.

CMT will also be offering live stream viewing from their website CMT.com. Highlighting their online presence, the CMTs are presenting for the first time ever a #Socialsuperstar award. This trophy will go to the artist with the most phenomenal social media presence. Nominees are Blake Shelton, Brett Eldredge, Jake Owen, Kelsea Ballerina, Lindsay Ell and Thomas Rhett.
Performers slated to take the stage include multiple nominee Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan just to name a few. Billy Ray Cyrus is going to be performing a collaboration with Cheap Trick, Pitfall will sing along with both Leona Lewis and Cascade Pope, and one of the most anticipated shows of the evening is the scheduled duet between Little Big Town and Pharrell.
