MTV’s “The Challenge” is one month away from entering its 28th season with “Rivals III.” For this upcoming cycle, contestants are paired up with their not-so-friendly former competitors of the opposite sex to try to win the grand prize of $350,000.

Based on the trailer released on Monday (April 4), the season — which was filmed in Hautulco, Mexico — is going to be more insane than ever. TJ Lavin is back to host, and several other very familiar faces are returning to fight for “Challenge” glory.
