Is this the final ‘Challenge’ for Johnny Bananas?

It’s hard to imagine a season of “The Challenge” without veteran competitor Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio. But after his shocking move during “The Challenge: Rivals III” finale, this looks to be it for him and the MTV series.

Bananas made the bold and unpopular decision to cut out his partner Sarah from taking her well-deserved half of the first place prize money — that’s a total of $275,000 — earning him the title of the most winningest player in “Challenge” history.

Bananas doesn’t do anything half-assed and it’s hard to think of a more spectacular way to finally hang up one’s Reality TV shoes.  Actually … we take that back.

It would’ve been an even more fantastic bow out if Bananas decided to split the money with the woman who got him to the championship in the first place. In one fell swoop, he could’ve made $137,500, buried the the hatchet with Sarah once and for all and walked away with a clear conscious.

Johnny Bananas and Sarah 'The Challenge Rivals III' emotional ending

But we’re talking about Johnny freakin Bananas here, not Mother Theresa. Oh, and let’s not forget the crap ton of money that would make even the nicest person second guess making the split.

So, it’s not that surprising he cut Sarah out. However, his speech after announcing his decision sounded very much like a retirement announcement. And it would make a lot of sense if this was indeed his swan song.

Johnny Bananas

Honestly, how could Bananas ever top himself? Aside from the fact he will never be able to repair his friendship with Sarah, there isn’t one person who will be able trust him on “The Challenge” ever again. After seeing him make such a self-serving move, every single competitor would probably make it their mission to rip Bananas from getting to the finals ever again.

It’s safe to assume Bananas decided to keep all the money because he has no intention of doing another season of the show. He’s ridden this Reality TV train for so long, has somehow made a great living from it and no longer cares about these alliance.

And why should he? He’s sitting pretty with all that moolah in his bank account. He has won at life.

Instagram Photo

But the question remains: At what cost?

He pretty much stole $137,500 from Sarah, who’s very much more than half the reason he was in this position in the first place. No one is going to forget that. If he were to step foot onto the set of another “Challenge,” who would ever want to join him in an alliance? Even his cousin Vince is probably now weary of him.

Instagram Photo

Let’s be clear, Bananas is not a dumb guy. Zap2it has interviewed him on numerous occasions, and as fans knows, there’s nary a move he makes that isn’t calculated down to a tee. He is the evil mastermind we all love to hate.

But at 34-years-old, it’s not crazy for him to want to throw in the towel on this long-running competition series. It will be sad to see him leave “The Challenge” — he’s been an MTV staple for over a decade. But at the same time, it’s hard to imagine how or why he would ever want to come back.

Top 3 ‘The Challenge: Rivals III’ moments that never made it to air

Another season of “The Challenge” came to a close on Wednesday (Aug. 3), and it was definitely one of the most dramatic endings in the history of this long running completion series. Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio cut his partner Sarah Rice Patterson out from their first-place $275,000 prize and, based on the “Reunion” special that aired right after the finale, he is not losing any sleep over it.

“Rivals III” turned out to be quite a cutthroat season, especially once the cast trimmed the “Are You the One?” competitors that were obnoxiously over-saturating the series. But when the cameras are filming 24 hours a day, 7 days week for three months, there’s naturally going to be hundreds of hours of footage that get left on the cutting room floor. MTV does a pretty good job editing out the boring parts, but here are the top 3 moments Zap2it wished made it to air based on what we learned during the aftershow.

1. Camilla & Vince might’ve hooked up

Nothing kosher is happening at 4 a.m., no matter what Camilla or Vince says. The idea of the two of them hooking up is not just crazy because Vince is such a creeper, but Camilla is his cousin Johnny Bananas’ ex-girlfriend. Was this a revenge move for all the years Bananas treated her like crap?

Camila Nakagawa 'The Challenge Rivals III%22

Camilla defends herself by saying she was “taking a shit” while Vince was showering, which OK, gross, but who goes to someone else’s bathroom to drop a deuce — at 4 o’clock in the morning, no less. Not sure how this scene got cut from primetime, because we all want to know what really happened that night.

2. Did Johnny cheat?

International Business Times attended the live taping of the “Reunion” special in New York City on July 12, and while Sarah prefaces her speech that MTV would cut this out, she went on record to say that she saw Bananas popping Adderall during the final challenge. The drug, typically used to treat ADHD, can give someone without the disorder more focus and more energy and the jilted teammate says this gave Bananas the edge during the finale.

Johnny Bananas and Sarah 'The Challenge Rival III'

Sarah goes on to say that MTV decided to deal with the situation by charging Bananas a $5,000 penalty. However, MTV says in response, “There is not and there has not been any truth or proof to prove this.” Bananas responded to the accusations by saying, “Lose with class, man.”

3. Jenna almost went home

So many players went home this season for reasons other than losing in an elimination challenge. From health issues to unfortunate family drama, certain things do take precedence over competing on a reality show. And while brief moments were shown of Jenna’s phone calls home to her now-ex-boyfirend Zach, her teammate Vince says while it wasn’t shown on camera, Jenna was this close going home, as well.

Instagram Photo

Vince did his best to keep her in Mexico. For if she quit, he would have also had to go home. Vince was able to talk Jenna out of running home to figure out things with Zach, a guy who appears to be an awful human being and not worth the sacrifice. It’s understandable why Jenna would want to throw in the towel after getting her heart-broken and it’s a testament to just how strong of competition Jenna is that she was able to not only stick around, but make it to her third straight finals and then nab 2nd place.

Could Nick Viall be named the next ‘Bachelor’?

Fourth time’s the charm?

There is one question on the mind of every Bachelor Nation member: who is going to be named the next “Bachelor” star?  Ever since “Bachelorette” beauty JoJo Fletcher picked Jordan Rodgers to be her beau, viewers have waited with baited breath to see if one of her former suitors will take the reigns.

There are high hopes for Luke and Chase to be named the next “Bachelor.” Even amidst all the drama with his ex, Robby Hayes has amassed a solid fan group gunning for him to get another chance at love.

RELATED: Will Robby be the next ‘Bachelor’? No, and here’s why

While speculation on which of JoJo’s former dates will be tapped for this esteemed honor, people seem to be forgetting about the men currently competing on “Bachelor in Paradise.” There’s one in particular who may just nab the hot seat, and that is Mr. Nick Viall.

At this point, Viall could quit his Salesforce sales job and be a full-time Bachelor Nation cast member. He was the runner-up on two seasons of “The Bachelorette,” and if the reported rumors surrounding “Paradise” are true, Viall is once again going to be left in the lurch for another guy.

Nick Viall and Amanda Stanton 'Bachelor in Paradise'

According to HollywoodLife.com, history will repeat itself with Viall once again competing against Josh Murray for the same woman. Except this time it’s Amanda Stanton, not Andi Dorfman.

Perhaps his bad reputation precedes itself as rumors point to Stanton getting engaged to Murray at the end of the “Paradise” season, not Viall. The 35-year-old joked that he tried his luck on this third series because he didn’t think it was possible to once again be a runner-up, which makes sense since it’s a competition in which multiple engagements are possible. But for Viall, that’s just how the reality cookie seems to crumble.

Instagram Photo

Viall has made quite a name for himself after being in the public eye for so many years. With a quarter of a million Instagram followers and over 95,000 Twitter fans, the possible “Bachelor” Season 21 nominee has his fanbase on lock. This is something producers will take into consideration when making this difficult casting decision. Ratings are important. Viall can deliver on that front.

Nick Viall GIF

Even if his past reputation isn’t exactly sparkling, people love a come-back story. Fans have shown a tendency to forgive a guy who gets picked over time and again. And who knows? Maybe he’s finally matured out of his kiss and tell phase.

After having to watch his own antics play out on TV — and reading all the criticism he received in the media — maybe he’s ready. It’s quite possible Nick Viall is destined to find love as the next “Bachelor.”

“Bachelor in Paradise” airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.

NBC stars answer the pressing question: ‘Friends’ or ‘Seinfeld’?

On Tuesday (Aug. 2), the stars from NBC's 2016 Fall TV slate walked the red carpet at L.A.'s annual Television Critics Association event. Zap2it was there to learn about the network's highly anticipated shows such as "This is Us," Timeless" and "The Good Place."

RELATED: 2016 fall TV premieres and returns schedule – all of ’em

Since most of these shows won't premiere for another few months, and none of the actors can give away too much information of what to expect, we decided to ask the "Sophie's Choice" of NBC TV questions. "If you had to pick one show to watch for the rest of your life, would it be 'Friends' or 'Seinfeld'?"

RELATED: NBC’s fall TV 2016 schedule: Night-by-night breakdown

This is not an easy questions for most people. For instance, "Chicago Fire's" Jesse Spencer would "rather jump off a cliff" than pick between the two iconic shows. However, Mandy Moore -- star of Dan Fogelman's "This is Us" -- had zero hesitation before answering.

And while it's worth pointing out that Harry Connick Jr.'s wife (Jill Goodacre) guest starred in one episode of "Friends," the best answer may go to Milo Ventimiglia who simply opted to read a book. Way to pivot there, Milo!

Does Justin Bieber hate clothes? Top 9 nude moments, from Bieber front to Bieber back

Justin Bieber doesn’t seem to be a fan of wearing clothing, anymore.

“I felt super violated,” Bieber previously told Billboard magazine after the Internet almost broke when a photo of his penis was captured by paparazzi. But now that the Biebs’ junk has made its rounds, the pop star seems to have thrown caution — among other things — to the wind when it comes to baring his body.

On Saturday (March 26) the “Sorry” singer posted a photo on Instagram of himself completely naked while staring pensively towards the ocean. “Dat ass doe,” Bieber captioned the revealing pic.

2. His butt, again.

Bieber shared his rear on social media in July, 2015.  Shortly after, he went back to delete the bare butt post. The “Sorry” singer ended up apologizing to fans saying, “Hey I Deleted the photo of my butt on Instagram not because I thought it was bad but someone close to me’s daughter follows me and she was embarrassed that she saw my butt and I totally wasn’t thinking in that aspect. To anyone I may have offended I’m so sorry. It was completely pure hearted as a joke but didn’t take in account there are littles following me!!! Love u guys.”

The Internet never forgets so, in case you missed seeing that deleted photo …

Seems like Bieber no longer worries about the “littles” seeing his goods. While promoting his latest album “Purpose,” he posed wearing nothing but a hat for the cover of Clash. Thankfully, the image can be posted in its original form below due to some very close cropping by the music magazine.

Why Season 2 of ‘Supergirl’ might be its last

$

Few shows go through such a dramatic change from one season to the next unless there’s a massive ratings dip, or one the main stars unexpectedly decides to leave the series. “Supergirl” had a fantastic rookie season. The series took its time introducing Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist), and all the characters in National City, so even those unfamiliar with the comic books felt like an insider. However, a show that needed no fixing is getting a major overhaul and we’re worried it’s not all for the best.

RELATED: ‘The ‘S’ is for sprinkles!’ and Season 2: ‘Supergirl’ cast celebrates every day with donuts

The show is jumping from its home on CBS to The CW, and this creates three major issues. First of all, there will be a significant viewership drop just by virtue of the network change, which could also mean a budget cut. Will those sweet action fighting sequences take a dip in both quality and quantity? That would be unfortunate.

Second of all, this move opens up the series to doing numerous crossovers with the other superhero shows already on The CW.

SuperFlash-hug-supergirl-2015-tv-series-39476773-500-230

Now, this can be a great thing when done sparingly. The “Supergirl”/”The Flash” crossover episode was fantastically done during Season 1, but constantly enmeshing the networks’ shows alienates all the fans who haven’t been watching “Arrow,” “The Flash” and “Legends of Tomorrow.”

RELATED: Superman’s ‘Supergirl’ suit revealed: Is it the best one yet? Almost.

The third and most frustrating reason “Supergirl’s” jump to The CW is disconcerting is because the show will now film in Vancouver, not Los Angeles. Calista Flockhart, who masterfully plays the role of Cat Grant, has always been vocal about only taking work near her home in L.A. to stay near family. Flockhart will be staying with the series as it jumps to filming in Canada, but only as a recurring guest star.

Cat Grant is the real Supergirl

Honestly, this is devastating news. Cat Grant is the true heart and soul of the series. She represents what true strength looks like when you don’t have super powers. Not only that, by replacing her character with Snapper Carr (Ian Gomez) — having this high-powered boss role now be a man — the female empowerment of the series already feels like it’s dwindling. With so many changes, and so many of them unwelcome, we fear Season 2 of “Supergirl” may be its last.

cat grant 'Supergirl' Calista Flockhart GIF

But we also hope to be wrong. Like really, really wrong. It would be beyond awesome if Season 2 turns out to be “Supergirl’s” best season yet. Amidst all this not so great news, there are exciting things coming down the pipeline. Executive producers Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg will be introducing Lynda Carter as POTUS, and former “Containment” star Chris Wood will also be joining in the cast. And we can’t forget to mention that Kara’s famous cousin, Superman (Tyler Hoechlin), will be coming to National City as well.

Season 2 of “Supergirl” premieres on Monday, Oct. 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

‘Supergirl’ deleted scene: ‘World’s Finest’ female baddies are drunk with power

Not all superheros are good. Actually, on "Supergirl," most of the aliens that come to National City have ill-intentions, their main goal being to take down Kara Zor-El (Melissa Benoist). In this deleted scene from the Season 1 episode " World's Finest," Silver Banshee (Italia Ricci) and Livewire (Britt Morgan), discuss just that ... and more.

RELATED: Why Season 2 of ‘Supergirl’ might be its last

Drunk on power, the female baddies have clear aims to take over the entire world, because why not? The first step in their journey is, of course, to take out "that girl scout of steel." And they know if they put a certain "Cat" in a tree, that Supergirl will come running.

There are still a few months until Season 2 of "Supergirl" premieres to The CW. So, fans looking to fill the void can dig into the newly released deleted scenes and special features when the home entertainment release of Season 1 comes out on Aug. 9.

In addition to the full 20 episodes from the show's rookie season, viewers will be able to watch "The Man From Mars" -- a documentary exploring the life of J'onn Jonzz (David Harewood) -- and "A World Left Behind: Krypton," which dives into everything about Supergirl's home planet. And no bit of special features would be complete without a hilarious gag-reel.

"Supergirl" Season premieres Monday, Oct. 10, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

The erectile dysfunction doc is the coolest guy in ‘Paradise’… seriously

It’s interesting how drastically people can change after seeing how they have been perceived by others. When a person watches themselves on a TV series seen by millions of viewers, it’s like seeing one’s flaws under a magnifying glass. This is why so many of the former “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” contestants head to “Paradise” with the goal of rebranding themselves. They are ready to wipe the slate clean and start anew.

RELATED: Will Robby be the next ‘Bachelor’? No, and here’s why

Grabbing that golden opportunity to truly transform himself from his past presence in the public eye is Evan. Who? The erectile dysfunction doc from JoJo Fletcher’s season. Remember this creeper?

Evan Bass 'The Bachelorette'

Maybe it’s the sun and the sand, but the guy who was previously only known as “the penis doctor,” with a leering smile that made audiences cringe, has returned to TV a new man. And he’s awesome.

RELATED: Chad goes to ‘Paradise’ and craps the bed … literally

During his time on “The Bachelorette,” it was hard to understand how Evan even made it through the casting process. He stood out in all the wrong ways as one of JoJo Fletcher’s 26 suitors.  If it weren’t for his beef with resident villain Chad, JoJo would’ve sent him home a lot sooner. Evan came off as so creepy and whiny. He had also zero chemistry with JoJo.

Chad and Evan GIF

Upon hearing Evan was pinged for “Paradise,” the only logical conclusion for this casting decision was because producers wanted to pit him once more against his No. 1 enemy, Chad. Evan’s presence ensured drama. Based on previews in which Evan gets shuttled away in an ambulance, it’s about to go down.

RELATED: Could Nick Viall be named the next ‘Bachelor’?

Since Chad has already been kicked off the show, it’s safe to assume Evan gets caught in the crossfire of what’s sure be a fiery Chad Bear exit on Monday (Aug. 8). No matter how hard we try, no one can forget the first time Chad was sent home on national TV. It was the Freddy Kruger of exits. This man does not go quietly into the good night.

Chad Johnson ' The Bachelorette' exit

But before Evan gets the crap kicked out of him again for standing up to the meat-eating, protein-weighing, deeply troubled “Dolla dolla bills”-yelling man that is Chad, Evan shows up to “Paradise” with such a confident ease, it made us pause. All of a sudden, Evan seems really, really likable.

Evan Bass 'Bachelor in Paradise' with Chris Harrison

He’s cool and calm. It’s not so much his outward appearance that has transformed, but with this striking inner self-assurance shining though, he looks more attractive than ever. This new persona is totally awesome. He’s like the cool dad whose kids’ friends wish were theirs, the guy at all the {TA meetings that all the moms fawn over. Hey “Bachelor” casting department, now we get it.

Check out Evan’s Instagram! He’s actually pretty darn handsome.

Where was this guy all last season?

Evan truly seems like a cool guy and we’re definitely cheering for him to find love in “Paradise.”

Evan Bass and company on 'Bachelor in Paradise'

While he’s going to have competition winning over these ladies’ hearts with Nick and Josh around, the women seem to be flocking to him regardless. And we hope that he does find his penguin this season.

Everything we know about ‘Transparent’ Season 3

$

0

The return of Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning series “Transparent” is just around the corner, and while most details of Season 3 are kept tightly under wraps, based on the photos released at the 2016 TCA summer press tour Sunday (Aug. 7), there are a slew things we can speculate will happen during Season 3. The dramedy looks to be picking up right where things left off during its Season 2 finale, and the Pfeffermans are still the highly self-destructive narcissistic dysfunctional family that we love so much.

RELATED: The historical truth behind ‘Transparent’s’ pre-war flashbacks

Let’s start with Maura (Jeffrey Tambor). She appears to have made the decision to go in for gender construction surgery. Amazon reveals that all does not go as planned and that there are setbacks in this journey, so it sounds like there will be medical issues that keep her from fully realizing who she is.

'Transparent' Season 3 Maura - Jeffrey Tambor

Here’s hoping that Maura’s new girlfriend Vicky (Anjelica Huston) is around to help Maura though this. She was a fantastic guest star at the end of Season 2, and fingers crossed she’s bumped up to series regular in Season 3.

'Transparent' Season 3

All the Pfefferman children are wearing hospital visitors badges in this shot, which leads us to believe that Maura does get pretty far in surgery proceedings before things take a turn. It makes sense that Sarah (Amy Landecker), Josh (Jay Duplass) and Ali (Gaby Hoffmann) would all support Maura’s decision to physically live her true self, and they are all probably using this visit to momentarily escape all the drama in their own lives.

It’s hard not to notice Ali’s new put-together look. Gone is her funky haircut and normally disheveled presence. Based on her carefully blown-out hairdo and professional appearance, it seems like Ali chose being Leslie’s (Cherry Jones) teaching assistant over a sexual relationship with her.

'Transparent' Season 3 Ali and Josh

However, Amazon mentions Ali will have “nitrous-induced visions” — is she getting into those with Leslie? Or is she using drugs to escape her situation with Leslie? Maybe someone entirely new enters Ali’s life and that’s why she’s using nitrous.

Amazon also reveals that Josh “suffers from a harrowing loss” in Season 3, which could be in reference to Raquel’s (Kathryn Hahn) miscarriage from last season, or maybe something happens to his son with his former nanny.

'Transparent' Raquel - Kathryn Hahn

Seeing Raquel’s image boldly featured in the press kit made Zap2it yell, “Mazel!” Her character didn’t necessarily have to stick around for Season 3, but we are so happy that the writers found a way to keep her involved. A female rabbi is such a unique vocation for a TV character to have and her role as the family’s go-to person for advice in times of need seems to be something Sarah is about to take full advantage.

RELATED: A ‘Transparent’ Hanukkah: Eating latkes with the Pfeffermans

Sarah is still a hot mess, doing what the Pfefferman family does best — getting involved in random projects in order to avoid their own problems. She “creates an East side religious movement,” and based on Sarah’s past actions, and her fleeting sense of commitment to anything or anyone, we fear how her working relationship will end with Raquel. Most likely with Raquel getting screwed over, and Sarah only lamenting over how another failed venture affects herself, and herself only.

Sarah 'Transparent'

Truly stepping out her shell during this upcoming season appears to be Shelly (Judith Light). She looks more beautiful than ever in this photo, which leads us to believe her relation with Buzz (Richard Masur) is still going well, and that she’s embracing this new stage of romance and self-discovery late in life.

'Transparent' Season 3 Judith Light

During Season 3, all paths will lead to a family vacation to Mexico, which will probably be a good-intention trip but which has disaster written all over it. Will unspoken truths and dark secrets come to light? What we’re guessing could be an impromptu destination wedding for Shelly and Buzz, viewers can expect what would normally be a happy occasion to somehow go up in flames.

YAS QUEEN 'Transparent' GIF

Joyous gatherings in the Pfefferman family are cursed. Whether it’s a funeral, family dinner or Yom-Kippur observance, when this family is all in the same room, things tend to erupt. None of them feel the need to put on a facade of normalcy in each other’s presence. They’re family, and it’s always the ones we love who we know will always forgive us for which we treat the worst.

The Pfeferrmans are no different, which is why “Transparent” resonates with so many people. At the heart of it all, this show isn’t about being transgender or sexuality, it’s about family. The most selfish, self-serving, yet delightfully refreshing modern family ever.

Hey, JoJo & Jordan, drop the act – no one’s buying this engagement

$

It’s only been a week since the “After the Final Rose” special aired in which former “Bachelorette” JoJo Fletcher sat on the couch with her new beau and fiance Jordan Rodgers, announcing that they are still engaged and planning to move in together. As much as we want to believe in this made-for-TV relationship, it’s impossible. There are too many rumors and drama surrounding this high-profile couple to believe that they are the real deal.

RELATED: ‘Bachelorette’ conspiracy theory: JoJo & Jordan’s secret master plan

Now that the cat’s out of the bag and they can make bank from endorsements share their time together on social media, neither Jordan nor JoJo are holding back in showing off their apparent undying love for one another.

Yet, every photo seems so staged. Each picture comes a caption in which they are pitching a brand that’s sponsoring their whirlwind romance, which makes it even more difficult got aboard the Jordan and JoJo train.

Instagram Photo

Ugh. We really do want to believe in them. Who doesn’t love a “Bachelorette” love story? The ones that work out are so few and far between. And even though they were gushing about each other during that “Final Rose” special, their body language was telling an entirely different story. It’s so placed. And distant.

Jordan Rodgers and JoJo Fletcher

The social media posts are what’s really driving the nail in this engagement coffin. They are a too perfect. They appear to be modeling in ads, not enjoying true intimate moments with each other. Like who even took this photo? Did they hire a photographer to join them on their post-show honeymoon?

Instagram Photo

The photos People released feel even less genuine. The two of them kissing while JoJo holds a football? Come on. There’s no way these two are actually tossing around a pigskin for fun. With the Nike symbol facing camera, these shots seem to have the intention of trying to boost Jordan’s barely existent former NFL career into a media gig. These photos yell, “Hey! Check out how many likes this photo will get! I can ride this ‘Bachelorette’ thing out to bring in viewers – hire me!”

Lo and behold: Jordan’s game plan worked.

Congratulations on finally having a current profession, Jordan! He will soon be an on-camera college football analyst for the show “SEC Now.”  The ESPN article notes that Jordan auditioned back in March, before “The Bachelorette.” But the job offer announcement came the day after the “Final Rose” ceremony aired. Coincidence? We think not.

RELATED: Will Robby be the next ‘Bachelor’? No, and here’s why

Jordan, 27, and JoJo, 25, do make a cute couple. It’s clear they have fun with each other, and are probably great friends but both of them are still so young. And Jordan is still seemingly too immature to truly commit to a life-long relationship.

Aside from the rumors that the two have already broken up — rumors which Reality Steve confidently stands by — once the free gifts and luxurious trip offers die down will be the time the engagement gets called off. And this will most likely happen the moment ABC announces the next “Bachelor” star. The media attention will sharply shift from JoJo and Jordan, ripping away their luxurious lifestyle, forcing them to finally see what real life is actually like with one an another. And it won’t be pretty.

Instagram Photo

Even if their selfies are adorably convincing, Jordan and JoJo are just embracing the current fairy tale life they’ve been handed, one which unfortunately has a pending expiration date. The Malibu rental they are currently staying at goes for $3,850 a night according to People Home & Travel — there’s no way they’d be able to afford that on their own. And what about the 3-carat sparkler JoJo’s rocking? No woman in their right mind would to part with that beauty. JoJo is going to hold on to that stunning rock as long as possible.

So, why not go along with the charade? It seems like a heck of a lot of fun. It’s just very difficult to believe that this the real deal. Zap2it took a poll to see if maybe we were the only ones that felt this way – we’re not.

‘Are You the One?’ blackout: Who the heck is Julia’s perfect match?

$

“Are You the One” is in serious trouble. On Monday night’s (Aug. 8) episode, the cast received its first blackout. Not only is $275,000 docked from their possible $1 million prize, but they’re only one week away from the finale. Being this clueless regarding who’s the perfect match for each contestant … well, it does not bode well for anyone.

RELATED: ‘Are You the One?’ deleted scene reveals Sam & Alyssa are not so perfect

The biggest shock of the night is Julia’s perfect match remains a mystery. Sick and tired of Gio’s incessant “third eye” theory as to why he and Julia are soulmates, the cast was forced to send them into the Truth Booth to finally shut him up.

While confirmation of their negative match status sent Gio falling to his knees in despair, Stephen cried tears of happiness. This has to mean that he and Julia are a perfect match, right? Nope.

Somehow Morgan and Tori convinced everyone to go into the evening’s ceremony and pick their matches based on strategy, not feelings. Using deductive logic to figure out who rightfully belongs together is a very smart move, but the way this cast played their strategy made zero sense.

To make matters worse, Stephen went rogue and had to pick Julia. So whatever game they were trying to play went out the window anyways.

Stephen 'Are You the One?'

The only positive thing to come out of this disastrous ceremony is that everyone knows Stephen and Julia are not a match. The worst thing to come out of this — other than losing a large chunk of their prize money — is that no one has a clue who Julia is matched with. However, we still think it’s Asaf. After-all, the two most obnoxious people in the house deserve to be with each other.

Julia 'Are You the One?'

Previews of next week’s episode show Stephen reassuring Julia. His message: screw what the Truth Booth says, they can still be together after the show ends. But the face Julia gives him is one that she has seemingly mastered, and a big reason this house is in such dire straits.

Julia 'Are You the One?'

It’s Julia’s noncommittal half-smile, half-confused look which tells him, “Aw, yeah. Maybe.” But inside it’s clear to all the women in the house — and viewers at home that this face means. It pretty much translates to, “No way. But I am going to lead you on because I really enjoy having every guy chase after me.”

Julia’s inability to shut down the men she’s not into has made the cast waste half their Truth Booths. . Sure, she’s a single lady and can do whatever she pleases. But if Julia doesn’t get her head in the game, Season 4 will be the first cycle of the series to not win the prize when all is said and done.

“Are You the One?” airs its two-hour special finale on Monday, Aug. 15, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on MTV.

It’s hard to keep a relationship under wraps when two people are newly in love and engaged, and one particular “Bachelor in Paradise” couple has been caught on camera out and about numerous times. Based on these photos from TMZ, we have the answer to the love triangle problem that is Nick Viall, Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton. Which man does she choose? Stop reading now if you don’t want any “Paradise” spoilers.

Even though Nick had his eyes set on Amanda the moment he arrived to the island, Josh was able to swoop right in and woo her away. Nick was understandably not happy to see history repeat itself, having a girl pick Josh over him yet again, but it was more the way Josh went about it that made Nick mad. “Given our history,” Nick says. “I think he would’ve just come to me and said, ‘Hey, I know you went out with Amanda. I want to go out with Amanda, too. Man to man.'”

In this sneak peak clip from Tuesday’s (Aug. 9) episode, it’s abundantly clear that Nick is already the furthest thing from Amanda’s mind after one date with Josh. And the two of them announce their budding romance simply by making out in front of everyone. Nick tries to play it cool, but even Daniel can tell he’s upset, and Daniel is the kind of guy that has trouble spelling his own name.

So, the questions everyone is wondering: Do Josh and Amanda get engaged? Are they still together? Yes, and yes. Something that “Paradise” producers can’t be happy about, Josh and Amanda have been spotted together at the Orange County Fair with her kids in tow, grabbing a bite to eat and shopping at Target. These two seem to be the real deal. And if the rumors are true, Amanda is planning to move from The OC to buy a house with Josh in Atlanta, Ga.

For those still doubting that Amanda is having a serious lapse in judgement really packing her bags and taking her children to move in and marry Josh, Reality Steve confirms this news as well.

He has done some stellar detective work by stalking Amanda and Josh’s social media accounts as well.

MTV’S ‘The Challenge’ may be getting one of its veterans back

MTV’s “The Challenge” took a lot of flack during “Rivals III,” because of its over saturation of “Are You the One?’ cast members. Fans who love “The Challenge,” yet don’t watch the network’s dating show, weren’t too happy with so many unfamiliar faces joining the season.

What made it even worse is that they couldn’t hack the physical demands of the show at all. It was the weakest cycle of “The Challenge” in regards to competition level, which only made fans miss the veteran competitors even more.

RELATED: Is this the final ‘Challenge’ for Johnny Bananas?

However, most of “The Challenge” vets have moved on with their careers and seemingly have no intentions of ever coming back to compete. While Johnny Bananas, Wes, Nany, Sarah Rice Patterson, Cara Maria and Leroy are still around, old favorites like Emily, Coral, Landon, Laurel, Darell, Abram and Susie seem to be officially retired.

CT loves to tease a comeback, but it will most likely never happen. Kenny and Evan are legally banned from the show after the Tonya incident. Then there is Mike who is now WWE’s The Miz. His return to MTV is a nonexistent pipe-dream.

However, there is one veteran who seems to be ready to jump back into the madness. And that is Mr. Derrick Kosinski. All it takes is one look at his social media accounts, and it’s clear he’s gunning for a comeback.

Instagram Photo

Derrick seems to really miss his MTV glory days.

Instagram Photo

But does that mean his return is inventible? Or is this just a fun trip down memory lane? Hopefully, it’s the former. These old-school posts are a solid reminder of what a fierce and exciting competitor he was to watch.

Instagram Photo

Johnny Bananas recently revealed on The Bill Simmons podcast that Derrick is currently going through a divorce and that his life seems to have hit a serious rough patch. Not to sound insensitive, but right now seems like the perfect time for him to escape back into “The Challenge.”

What better way to get away from it all than spending a few months filming a reality TV show on a remote island somewhere?  Put on your Under Armour clothes and tie up those “Challenge” shoes, Derrick! Zap2it‘s pretty sure we speak for all the fans when we say you’re return would be met with open arms.

RELATED: Top 3 ‘The Challenge: Rivals III’ moments that never made it to air

The combination of Derrick’s “Challenge” nostalgia and divorce proceedings could very well lead to his presence back at MTV next season. He is part of the elite 5-Timers Club and ranks 9th overall in “Challenge” competitors who have won the most prize money.

And based on how he appears in all his current photos on Instagram, he’s still it tip-top shape. No doubt he would be a force to be reckoned with.

Instagram Photo

Derrick’s return is exactly what the long-running series needs right now. What better than an old familiar face to up the level of competition? Downgrading it with “AYTO” cast members, unqualified to compete, will hopefully be a thing of the past.

Sorry ‘Suits’ fans, Mike & Rachel probably aren’t going to make it

With all the serious drama that happened during Season 5 of “Suits,” Mike (Patrick J. Adams) and Rachel (Meghan Markle) remained committed to each other. Their relationship has survived through so much already that it seemed not even Mike’s two-year prison sentence could tear them apart.

But that was last season and things aren’t looking so great for the couple in Season 6.

RELATED: TV Query: Has Harvey’s ‘Suits’ painting been there the whole time?

Even though Mike’s choice not to walk down the aisle before heading to jail was devastating, it was an entirely unselfish decision. However, it seems Rachel’s mind was too emotionally clouded to truly understand that. Even with her parents fighting against the ceremony from happening, she didn’t care. Rachel was really intent on officially marrying Mike before he was incarcerated.

Rachel on 'Suits'

However, as we move along in Season 6, it appears Rachel might stop hating the fact she and Mike never got hitched. In fact, she may begin feeling relief because of it. Making it through two whole years without Mike by her side is going to be a nearly impossible feat for the woman who turned into a basket case on night one.

Grasping at straws, trying to find a way to stay sane, Rachel ends up finding solace by burying herself in work. But, she’s not okay. It’s obvious she misses Mike and in every scene, she is on the brink of tears in every scene.

Mike and Rachel 'Suits'

How long can she keep this up? If Mike and Harvey’s (Gabriel Macht) plan with Cahill (Neal McDonough) doesn’t work out — and he doesn’t get released early — Rachel’s going to relive that wedding day grief all over again. Then, it’s diving back into her work for distraction’s sake.

With Rachel’s main focus on this current Innocence Project case — along with the fact that she was already an incredibly smart and quick witted legal aide — winning this high profile case will put her name on the map. Especially since she’s already a legacy with the Zane last name.

Rachel on 'Suits'

Rachel is going to learn what it’s like to take lead on a case, fight for what’s right and how great it feels to get earn that kind of win. It’s obvious she loves her job and wants to, one day, be just like Jessica (Gina Torres).

RELATED: ‘Suits’ spin-off: Why Jessica Pearson deserves her own show

Rachel’s brain has been clouded with her love for Mike for far too long. It’s been blocking her from realizing the brevity of her situation. Being the wife of a convict who went to prison for being a fake lawyer will be a constant rain cloud over her head.

That goal of becoming a respected partner at a prestigious law firm will be a Sisyphus-like uphill battle. And as she and Jessica have previously discussed, it’s already a tough fight for that prestige being both a female, and woman of color.

jessica1 Sorry Suits fans, Mike & Rachel probably arent going to make it

Now, we could be wrong. And it’s not fair that Rachel may have to pick between a career and her future husband. But life’s not fair, is it?

Rachel may be willing to constantly defend her personal life and stick it out with Mike no matter what. Maybe executive producer Aaron Korsh has a story line up his sleeve in which Mike is able to somehow redeem himself in the legal world, and remove the tarnish he left on Pearson Specter Litt … and Rachel.

But “Suits” has already bravely taken that risky jump away from what’s comfortable. Mike can no longer practice law. The jig is up. And the repercussions have never been glossed over, or minimized in any way.

So, it would be out of character for the series to not hone in on Rachel’s plight during Mike’s ordeal. And with each day her fiancé remains in prison, the likelihood becomes less and less that she will one day become Mrs. Ross.

“Suits” airs Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on USA.

What if these NBC stars auditioned for ‘The Voice’?

It’s always fun to see famous actors show off a different talent. Acting is usually one of the many tools at a thespian’s disposal. Usually, they can also dance, play instruments and even sing.

While Zap2it was at NBC’s 2016 summer TCA press tour event, we couldn’t help but wonder if some of these TV actors — were they forced to audition for “The Voice” — what song would they sing?

RELATED: NBC stars answer the pressing question: ‘Friends’ or ‘Seinfeld’?

During these types of situations, actors are normally asked about the shows they work on. So this song inquiry caused certain stars like “This is Us’s” Milo Ventimiglia and Justin Hartley to pause before coming to an answer.

Mandy Moore knew right away what song she would sing, while Harry Connick Jr. had trouble picking just one. And as for “Chicago Fire’s” Jesse Spencer … well, he’s a classically trained musician so, the sky’s the limit.

The songs we need in the ‘Supergirl’/’The Flash’ musical crossover

$

As if news of another crossover wasn’t exciting enough, the producers of the CW shows, “The Flash,” and “Supergirl” announced they will be making their early 2017 mash-up a musical event! So many of the actors on these two series have serious pipes and to mix that with their already fierce superior characters? Well, it’s going to be beyond epic.

RELATED: Why Season 2 of ‘Supergirl’ might be its last

One major question remains: What will they sing? With the crossover taking place over both shows, there’s plenty of room to belt out some solid tunes. Producers have said they’d like to mostly feature cover performances of songs you already know — though there is room for an original or two.

As avid viewers of both shows, Zap2it has unleashed our “Flash” and “Supergirl” experts — who happen to have wildly different tastes in music, it turns out — to create the ultimate dream playlist for the two-part event. With Broadway alums and former “Glee” stars rounding out the casts, this is going to be big and deserves the music to match.

‘Supergirl’

‘Hello’- Adele

Bringing back Tony Award-winner Laura Benanti as Alura Zor-El in a flashback — or some sort of alien ghost form — to sing this power ballad with daughter Kara (Melissa Benoist) would bring on the feels. Just thinking about their beautiful voices singing, “Hello, from the other side,” from their respective realms already makes us tear up a little.

‘Formation’- Beyonce

This would be Lucy Lane’s (Jenna Dewn Tatum) time to shine. Now, that she’s the acting head director of the D.E.O., Lucy is the Queen B of National City. Plus, with Tatum’s extensive dance background, this could be a showstopper of a performance with her army of agents dancing “in formation” behind her.

‘Stay With Me’- Sam Smith

Jeremy Jordan got his start on Broadway, receiving both a Tony and Grammy nomination for his portrayal of Jack Kelly in “Newsies,” so he would kill an acoustic version of this love song.

After getting duped by Siobhan (Italia Ricci) — and realizing that Kara will never reciprocate his feelings for her — it’s safe to say Winn is going to date around and, bless his heart, will probably keep seeing girls who take advantage of his noble self until he finds someone he truly deserves.

‘Started from the Bottom’ – Drake

The crew on “Supergirl” are now finally on the same page with the same goal. We picture James Olson sitting in his office — basking in the joy of his Supergirl love, while reveling in Superman’s return — and he could bust out with this Drake hit through a montage of Season 1’s rougher moments.

Even if this happy moment only lasts until the next commercial break, a time to recognize all they accomplished together would be empowering.

RELATED: What’s bringing ‘The Flash,’ ‘Supergirl,’ ‘Arrow’ & ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ together so soon?

‘The Flash’

‘Flash’ – Queen

Okay, so this one is a bit tongue-in-cheek, but imagine this song as sung by the entire cast in a big group number, complete with choreographed dance moves? “Flash! Ah! Savior of the multiverse!” Admit it, you’d sing along.

‘Open Your Eyes’ – Bobby Caldwell

While “Supergirl” and “The Flash” are loaded with talented singers, did you know Carlos Valdes — aka Cisco Ramon — has albums. He’s released two EPs and in 2015 even put out a cover of Bobby Caldwell’s 1981 track “Open Your Eyes,” putting a modern spin on it.

If you have Valdes on the show, you may as well have him singing some of his own work. Besides, maybe Cisco will have a special someone in his life to sing to.

‘Touch of Grey’ – Grateful Dead

This may be a bit of an obscure pull for younger fans, but we imagine this as a song Joe sings to Barry when whoever they’re battling has got him down and close to giving up.

On it’s surface, “Touch of Grey” is a song that looks at the negatives in life, embracing them. However, it always comes back to the refrain of “It’s alright” and “We will get by.” It’s a message Barry often needs when his deadliest foes come close to toppling him.

‘Misery’ – Soul Asylum

Let’s be honest, while Barry may be a superhero, he’s got the absolute worst timing when it comes to love. He wants to be with Iris, she seemingly wants to be with him, but there’s always a wrench thrown in the works, which makes “Misery” a perfect choice for his own solo. Misery loves company and Barry could certainly use some.

“The Flash” returns Tuesday, Oct. 4, at 8 p.m. ET/PT while Season 2 of “Supergirl” premieres on Monday, Oct. 10, at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.

‘Are You the One?’ cast can win using basic logic: Season 4’s perfect matches are …

Things hit rock bottom on Monday’s (Aug. 8) episode of “Are You the One?” Aside from the two couples already living in the Honeymoon Suites, the cast of Season 4 delivered zero matches. Nada. Zilch. Trying to use strategy over emotions, the housemates faltered badly and received their first black out ceremony.

While $250,000 was docked from their $1 million grand prize, no one seems to realize that this blackout was the answer to their prayers. Using basic process of elimination, it is now possible to figure out who everyone’s perfect match is.

RELATED: ‘Are You the One?’ deleted scene reveals Sam & Alyssa are not so perfect

But jury’s out if this group of attractive 20-somethings will realize the answer that is now right in front of their eyes. Especially since some of these perfect matches are quite unexpected. A few of these pairings makes us again question what kind of science is being used to decide such things, but that’s neither here nor there. This show is a human game of Memory. And if these boys and girls can separate themselves from their emotions and look at it as such, they will find success.

So, if you’re dying to to know who the perfect matches are and can’t wait until the finale, read on. If not, stop here! We don’t need Gio’s “third eye” to figure out Julia’s potential soulmate, just a little bit of math.

We’d like to preface this list by saying our heart goes out to the girl who was deemed Asaf’s perfect match. And John’s. And Gio’s. Seriously, the men this season were a bunch of crazy aggressive man-babies. But that’s also neither here not there. Let’s get on with the match-making results.

How to get Jubilee crowned the next ‘Bachelorette’ star

Every time Jubilee Sharpe leaves Bachelor Nation, it always feels too soon, and it’s never with a ring on her finger. The 25-year-old war veteran with a heartbreaking past didn’t get lucky in love with Ben Higgins, and she was knocked off “Bachelor in Paradise” after two episodes. She is vivacious, smart and beautiful — it’s truly hard to see how a woman like this isn’t every man’s first pick every time. And she deserves to be named as the star for the next cycle of “The Bachelorette.”

RELATED: ‘The Bachelor’ says goodbye to Jubilee and ends without a rose

But that seems impossible, right? A total pipe dream because this show always picks a runner-up (or similarly-high finisher) from the season before and the next series to air is “The Bachelor.” Well, Zap2it has a plan for how Jubilee can earn that crown. And it’s by taking a page out of the ABC’s “surprise twist” handbook.

In order to ensure Jubilee remains on audiences’s minds, “The Bachelor” should tap Jubilee do pull a  Nick Viall move and have her be that contestant who pops in and shakes everything up mid-season. Between the hype that a familiar face will be joining the competition, and the viewers’ delight in seeing the return of her shining presence, ratings will spike. And ratings, as we know, are everything. Bachelor Nation lives to keep the title as the No.1 competition dating reality series.

Jubilee Sharpe

After the sudden rise in viewership her return causes, and the public outcry for when she inevitably goes home, Jubilee will be primed for “The Bachelorette” spotlight. Oh, but what if she gets engaged on “The Bachelor”? Well, that would be awesome! It’s a win/win situation. Either way we’re getting new diverse cast members on air, something for which the series is rightfully criticized, and we have a happily-in-love Jubilee!

What do you think? Would you like to see Jubilee date 26 suitors on the next season of “Bachelorette”? Vote below!

A guide to the ‘Are You the One?’ Season 4 finale

While they are all very pretty to look at, the current cast members of “Are You the One?” are not very bright. To use Francesca’s exact words, they need to “do things more smartlier” in order to win the grand prize money, which after last week’s blackout has been reduced from $1 million to $750,000. Francesca actually has extreme difficulty subtracting $250,000 from $1 million, so let’s hope the cast isn’t depending on her brain to chime in and figure out all 10 matches.

RELATED: ‘Are You the One?’ cast can win using basic logic: Season 4’s perfect matches are …

This finale will be both frustrating and hilarious to watch because many people, along with Zap2it, have already figured out everyone’s perfect match by using basic process of elimination. Viewers will want to bang their heads against the wall throughout these last two episodes as these housemates pray for “the luck” to figure out everyone’s match. “You don’t need luck!” we want to scream at the TV. Seriously, there’s no luck involved whatsoever anymore.

'Are You the One?' Season 4

For those needing a refresher as we go into tonight’s season finale, here are six things you need to know before watching:

1. Two more Truth Booths

The cast will get two more major opportunities to make their job of figuring everyone’s match even easier.

2. Gio is still a mad man

He’s going to lose a rap battle to Tori and then get so childishly upset, he again starts fighting with Kaylen. This guy wins the award for most transformed cast member of the season, and for all the worst reasons. He needs help.

3. Asaf should never have kids

Asaf Goren 'Are You the One?'

Tonight you will learn what Asaf wants to name his first-born child, which he assumes will be a boy and who we already feel sorry for.  With all the crazy celebrity kids’ names out there, you think you’ve heard the worst of them all — you have not.

4. Nobody wants to be paired with Tyler

Tyler 'Are You the One?' Season 4

There are a few guys that every girl is praying is not their match, but none more so than Tyler. If you’re thinking, “Tyler who?” — you’re not alone. After proving to be so unlikable during the first episode, it appears production cut out most of his scenes. He’s had the least screen time out of anyone and nobody’s complaining about it.

5. None of the girls like Julia

Julia Rose 'Are You the One?'

Even though Gio has some serious issues, Tyler is annoying, Emma’s a whiner, Francesca can’t do math and Asaf is wildly narcissistic, Julia is the least liked person in the house. Keep an eye out for all the stares she receives from the other female cast mates. It’s intense how much they all don’t like her and it’s pretty entertaining to watch.

RELATED: ‘Are You the One’: John Humphrey’s definition of ‘wifey material’ is the dumbest thing ever

6. Get ready for a rumble

Tori 'Are you the One?' Season 4

It wouldn’t be an MTV reality show if there wasn’t at least one major brawl to break out, right? Get ready for glasses to break and security to jump in. And yes, Gio is definitely a part of it … and there will be a lot of tears.

“Are You the One’s” two-hour season finale episode airs on Monday, Aug. 15, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on MTV.

Andi Dorfman is the true winner of ‘Bachelor in Paradise’

$

The only viewers of Monday’s (Aug. 15) “Bachelor in Paradise” who weren’t on their phones ordering Andi Dorfman’s tell-all book were those who have already read it.

The former “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” star is the true winner of “Paradise” and she’s not even there! The already best-selling memoir, “It’s Not Okay, Turning Heartbreak into Happily Never After,” was the talk of the town — especially after Josh claimed everything written about him was “fictional.”

RELATED: Chad goes to ‘Paradise’ and craps the bed … literally

By definition, a memoir is never “fictional.” But, regardless, it isn’t easy to side with Josh — the guy who keeps claiming God’s reasoning as an answer to everything. That reasoning gets old quick. You can’t keep referencing God’s predestined plan every time you’re emotionally abusive. It’s — dare we say — blasphemy.

Josh Murray

So, what did Josh’s former fiancee write that has him in such a tizzy? As excerpted from US Weekly, the man’s simply referred to as No. 26 — as “a girl power thing” — for such a sad sack of a man “doesn’t need a name.” Dorfman doesn’t mince words when looking back on her relationship with Josh. She writes that it was “the most volatile and fucked up relationship of my life.”

andi dorfman 2 Andi Dorfman is the true winner of Bachelor in Paradise
But things weren’t always horrible. “The best night of my life was the first night I spent with number Twenty-Six” she writes. “Let’s just say yes, he got it up; yes, it was great.”

Things quickly went sour after Nick Viall outed her for sleeping with him on their overnight date, something Dorfman hadn’t yet admitted to Josh. “That one sexual escapade would become a power play used by my fiance to justify his mistrust in me. It would be his excuse to call me ‘a whore.’ And it would eventually lead to the demise of my engagement.”

RELATED: Spoiler alert! Does Amanda pick Josh or Nick in ‘Paradise’?

In addition to the feelings of jealousy, Dorfman says he called her “selfish” for wanting to return to work. And after one final attempt to restore their relationship — by taking a trip to Los Angeles for Chris Soules’ birthday party — the two called it quits. In an attempt to defend himself on “Paradise,” Josh tells Evan that his ex’s words are fabricated and that he “prays for her happiness.”

andi dorfman1 Andi Dorfman is the true winner of Bachelor in Paradise

If Josh really wanted revenge, dismissing the topic entirely would’ve not only been the high road, but the smarter choice. Showing the world how you fell in love with your future fiance would be a dish served cold to the still single Dorfman.

Instead Dorfman must have watched this episode with a celebratory bottle of champagne. Talk about a huge heaping pile of free publicity! If she was still wondering whether she let “the one” truly get away … those doubts have permanently been squashed. And with that weight lifted, she’s probably laughing all the way to the bank.

“Bachelor in Paradise” airs Monday and Tuesday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
